Jay Strongwater Rivera - Skull with Butterflies Box

Inspired by the great heritage of Mexican sugar skulls, we first carved our Rivera Skull with Butterflies Box in clay with a raised all over floral pattern, highlighted with jeweled fluttering butterflies. Cast in metal, finished in 14K gold and beautifully painted in jewel tone colors of enamel and sparkling with hand-set Swarovski crystals in shades of fuchsia, padparadscha and topaz. Under the lid is a swirled purple enamel lined interior.
