Fast forward to the sequel Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi, and the ungainly piece of kit reveals its true purpose when its jet nozzles ignite, propelling the bounty hunter skyward into battle. 24K gilding enhances the pewter sculpture's already impressive level of detail, the bounty hunter portrayed rising effortlessly on a composite resin plume of jet exhaust.
