Our hot house is blooming with vibrant jeweled cattleya orchids nestled against large banana leaves and set on an oversized white ceramic platter. The Catalina Orchid platter began with our artisan’s clay model capturing the ruffled orchid’s petals and large graphic banana leaves. Then individually molded in pewter and brass, finished in 14K gold and hand-painted in the vivid shades of lilac, berry and apple green enamels. Hand-set with over 300 Swarovski crystals in shades of Fuchsia, Ruby and Topaz. Ceramic platter with creamy white crackle finish set on brass stand. Our finest artisans at the Jay Strongwater Rhode Island workshop bring all the elements together to make each Orchid Platter.
